Use of target and diversity orientated synthesis in drug development. The development of methods for the parallel synthesis of small molecules to facilitate their screening for biological activity. The total synthesis of biologically important natural products. Collaboration with biomedical researchers to design and synthesize molecules active in a number of therapeutic areas including addiction, infectious disease and cancer.
